Email Sync

Your TEEMA email is synced with Bullhorn to capture communication between you and any Clients or Consultants.

However, you must ensure that you are emailing from your TEEMA email (not a personal email) to an email that is associated with a Client Contact or Consultant Profile that is already set up in Bullhorn.


E-mail logging will show up in the "E-mail" tab in Bullhorn, it does not back log if the e-mail communicated with was not part of a profile at the time of attempted logging.


Bullhorn has automatic e-mail synchronization. There is actually no user interaction necessary for Bullhorn synchronization to work. However we are going to outline the flow of e-mail synchronization below.

  1. An e-mail gets sent from, or sent to an @teemagroup.com e-mail address.
  2. The Google Mail Server System is configured to do the following
    1. Send the message to Bullhorn Sync Servers
      • If the e-mail address matches that of a candidate or contact this e-mail will be synchronized into only the first profile that matches.
        • This means if an e-mail does not show up in the profile you're expecting double check that there are no duplicates in contacts or candidates that match this e-mail address.
      • If the e-mail does not match any profiles, the message is thrown away by the Bullhorn sync server.
    2. Send the message to intended recipients

If you are expecting a message to show up somewhere and it is not showing, send a support request to it@teemagroup.com with the following.

  • Profile ID
  • A screenshot of the e-mail expected to synchronize
  • A forward of the e-mail expected to synchronize
