Reason
Any number of reasons, including storage space limits, connection issues, and improper synchronizations.
Resolution
Reinstall your Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook. You may download this from the following link.

Depending on the edition of Outlook you have installed y ou may wish to attempt to install via the link that says "Download GWSMO", or the link that says "Download 64-bit edition."

Be aware that everything is still stored and available on the GMail side and you can still search and use GMail even if Outlook issues arise.
