Placement Dashboard: Description and How to Use

The Placement Dashboard provides a centralized view of all placement & change requests, along with their current processing status.

Key Features and Benefits:

Centralized Visibility: View all placements in one location, including their current status, type, client, and consultant/candidate information.
Status Tracking: Easily see which placements are approved, on hold, pending details, or require follow-up.
Visual Insights: Graphs and tables provide a quick snapshot of placement distribution, trends, and processing progress.
Filter Options: Refine the report by members name, consultant/candidate, placement number, or status to quickly locate specific placements.
Quick Reference: Use this dashboard to reduce status inquiries, monitor pending actions, and gain a clear understanding of placement activity.

How to Use the Dashboard:

Access the Dashboard: Click the link provided to open the report.
Navigate Graphs and Tables: Review the visual summaries for placement trends, total counts, and status distribution.
Use Filters: Select from the filter options at the top of the report to narrow results.
- CM/TM/Submitted By: Show placements for specific members.
- Consultant/Candidate: Focus on placements for a particular consultant.
- Placement Number: easier access to find the specific placement.
- Status: Check only approved, pending, rejected, or other placement statuses.

Note:

If a placement does not appear, or the status field is blank, the request has not yet entered the processing queue and will be processed shortly.
The data shown reflects the current calendar month. Pending placements from the previous month will remain visible until processed. Only approved placements from prior months are removed.
The filter displays only currently used statuses.

Tip for Users: Even if you are not familiar with dashboards, using the filters allows you to quickly locate your placements without needing to scroll through all data.
